
Patrick Winters, AIA, LEED AP
Patrick Winters is Owner, Principal, Design Director and sits on the Board of Directors of the firm. He has 30 years of architectural experience and joined Nadel in 2007. Patrick Winters specializes in the design and construction of high-quality mixed-use and urban infill projects with a major focus on sustainability. His extensive experience with historic preservation and adaptive reuse enable him to design creative solutions to best fit the needs of the community as well as achieve the highest possible level of sustainability in each project. Patrick’s high-profile work includes a one-million-square-foot retail complex in Amman, Jordan; and the new Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Headquarters, which will be the tallest building in East Africa when completed. Patrick Winters is a LEED® Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Los Angeles Conservancy and the U.S. Green Building Council.
