CLIENT: D & R Investments
This is a 16-acre retail center project that consists of a ten-plex cinema. It has 24,000 sf of professional offices and approximately 90,000 sf of retail shops, pads and market. The design approach is a desert/mid-century style with interesting architectural features and landscaping. It will be a community gathering place for the city of Ridgecrest.
