DESCRIPTION: The Hunin Urban Village was a design competition entry for a modern urban village located within the King’s Forest outside of Seoul. The development consists of 288 luxury condominiums and lofts, 38 single-family homes, and pedestrian paths and gardens that connect housing to an urban core that features retail, dining, library and community center, and a business center.
