DESCRIPTION: Phase I of this 250-acre mixed-use development features three office buildings totaling 200,000 square feet on 17 acres. Designed in the traditional Moorish style of Mission Valley, two three-story buildings flank the entry to the site, while a six-story building terminates the axis, becoming the focal point for Phase I. A well-screened parking structure provides space for 666 cars while defining public, urban spaces. Buildings are interconnected with a landscaped pedestrian pathway system which features formal gardens, fountains, and plazas.
