DESCRIPTION: 722,000 square foot transit-oriented development in the commercial heart of Tysons Corner, Virginia. The large project consisting of two 31-story apartment towers, with approximately 250 units per tower, is adjacent to the newly opened DC Metro line extension and station. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge and indoor dog wash. Rooftop amenities include BBQ areas, fire pits and a dog park. The project involves many stakeholders and sensitive issues of pedestrian design, landscaping and urban design.
