ABOUT

The transformation of an existing industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use urban regeneration development creates a new destination for the city of Cluj-Napoca. Complementing the park and Somes River to the north with pedestrian walkways and this new urban garden, expands this natural haven for not only the project, but also the community.

This urban garden, lined with restaurants, shops, and entertainment, and containing an amphitheater and a variety of outdoor events, is the hub of the project. Reinforced with a retail arcade, food hall, entertainment, smart green offices and residential, a cultural center, and restored industrial heritage buildings, Cluj-Napoca Mixed-Use Center translates the city’s past to today and tomorrow. Cluj-Napoca’s new city is born.
