Originally built in 1927, The Breakers Hotel is a city historic landmark. The new hotel, created for local development firm Pacific6, will retain the character and charm of the original building by retaining the existing historic features and complementing these features with discrete new modern additions. The design driven 186,417 sf, 180-room boutique hotel will incorporate multiple food and beverage venues including a newly refurbished rooftop restaurant, bar, and terrace.
