Our Lady of Lebanon Cathedral - San Vicente Apartments

Located in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, this 17-story mixed-use project consists of 31,000 sf of church functions; (320-seat Cathedral/worship space, 550-seat banquet hall, classrooms and church/office), and 138,000 sf of residential space; (152 residential units and common interior & exterior recreation space and pool deck). By aligning the tower with the axis of the existing historic cathedral, the project massing successfully maximizes the residential areas, while at the same time creating a new ground floor exterior pre-function plaza, which reinforces the urban fabric of the community. The facade fenestration and pre-cast panels were inspired by traditional Lebanese stone construction.
