Rick Redpath

Rick Redpath serves as Managing Director of Nadel's recently launched Scottsdale, Arizona office. He is responsible for spearheading the firm's growth throughout the southwestern U.S. by building strong relationships and providing superior service to clients in the region. With more than 25 years of project management experience and an outstanding reputation in the retail field, Rick brings deep expertise as a licensed architect in five states to his role with the firm. Rick had previously worked for Nadel as a managing principal before honing his skills as a managing director and vice president of grocery stores and shopping centers for FITCH, where he became adept at leading projects through municipal planning and permit approval process and guiding these projects through all phases - from design and entitlements through construction. Earlier in his career, Rick served as owner/partner of architectural firm KDRA, where he helped develop numerous prototype designs for several retail clients and led a team producing hundreds of new and remodel store projects for these and other clients on sites ranging in size from small neighborhood centers to large retail power centers.
