Third Space was developed to create locations that transcend the traditional boundaries of retail and entertainment, combining thoughtful architecture strategies with an understanding of how people interact with their surroundings. We focus on creating environments that make people want to be there, not just because it’s convenient, but because the space offers something more: an emotional connection, a sense of discovery, and a shared experience.

Third Space, a studio collaboration between Nadel and veteran architects John Simones and Curtis Scharfenaker, builds on the philosophy of placemaking. It embodies the idea that successful destinations are those that serve as "third places" within our communities. These are the locations people gravitate toward, where they come together to socialize, explore, and connect outside of their homes and workplaces.
