Situated on a 32-acre site originally owned by the City of Southgate, the open-air center's 370,000 square feet of ground-up retail includes six in-line major tenants and more than 100,000 square feet of boutique, dining and daily needs retail. Activated by al fresco dining, water features and landscaping, the plaza buildings feature reclaimed barn wood and the largest single living wall installation in the western U.S. Azalea is anchored by Walmart with additional key tenants including: Marshall's, Ulta, Forever 21, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, Sketchers, PetCo, CVS and In-N-Out among others and with parking for over 1,900 vehicles.
