Spanning 16 acres in Camarillo, CA, this comprehensive repositioning transformed an existing commercial asset into a vibrant, high-performing retail destination. A central feature of the project was the creation of a dedicated pedestrian paseo at the primary intersection, designed to activate the street corner and draw shoppers directly into the center. This welcoming corridor connects street-level energy to the heart of the plaza using specialty paving, stone seat walls, ambient lighting, and palm-lined pathways. The comprehensive scope included full architectural design and site coordination for a new Vons grocery store alongside an integrated, high-volume Vons fuel center. Completed without disrupting ongoing operations, the multi-faceted project further expanded overall leasing capacity through a new ground-up retail building and site-wide facade modernizations featuring stone veneer and warm Mediterranean accents.
