Del Amo Crossings

The project adds a mixed-use component to the existing 365,000 sf office complex. A 10,000 sf high-end restaurant with an outdoor dining patio and a 45,000 sf fitness facility will be added and the 80,000 sf five-story office building will be converted to a medical office. An improved Del Amo Circle formal plaza with valet drop-off is located between the restaurant and fitness center and will provide a new entrance to the 12-story office tower via elevators and a monumental stairway.
