Located on a 2.3-acre site called Aviation Center, just south of LAX, the 35,000 sf FAA headquarters building evokes aerodynamic imagery in its design. Full-story windows and an atrium bring abundant natural light into the building's interior. The ground floor incorporates a customer service center, loan vault, several meeting rooms, a training room, an atrium lounge, and a large indoor/outdoor dining area. The second floor has an executive suite, boardroom, several conference rooms, and a computer center.
