Meeker Baker

Meeker Baker is an adaptive re-use project, the first under the New Downtown Plan, encompasses a full city block in downtown Long Beach. The site, at the south-east corner of Pine Avenue and Seventh Street, was vacant for many years, and has been transformed into an urban office campus for Molina Healthcare. The project includes a 120,000 sf ground-up office building incorporating portions of the landmarked 1928 Meeker-Baker building. Additionally, a creatively landscaped paseo and plaza provides usable space between the buildings.
