This project was a renovation of an existing 60,000 sf office building to adapt to the tenant's desire for a creative office with an exterior image appropriate for a state of the art publishing/Internet company. The design elements include new large windows in the existing tilt up panels that add more light openness to interior spaces. A series of strong tall projected bays were added to create dynamic expression and added presence to the street. New mechanical & electrical systems were also added.
