A landmark building in Mission Valley, this six-story, class A, 195,000 sf speculative office building is part of a 12-acre master planned corporate campus. The project features a two-story lobby with interconnecting stairs. Built on a former gravel quarry, 90-foot caissons were used for the foundation. The building has braced frame steel and the latest technology and security features.
