Rise Koreatown

Rise Koreatown is located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Koreatown, two blocks from Wilshire and Western station. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and universities, the site draws strong demand from students and young professionals. Using the TOC incentive program, the project delivers new housing and community-serving retail in a destination-rich neighborhood.

The seven-story podium development includes five levels of residential over parking with a ground floor anchored by a full grocer, in-line retail, a food court, and a residential lobby and leasing center. The unit mix includes studios, junior one-bedrooms, and one-bedrooms and aligns with Koreatown’s preference for efficient, well-located urban living.

A visually distinctive layered façade with bold accent colors defines the project’s identity. Balconies and outdoor areas enhance the resident experience, supported by amenities such as a fitness center, sauna, pool deck, community room, and media room.
