ABOUT
Showcase Mall is a 144,000 sf, 4-story, new building as part of the Showcase Mall expansion and development. The project is comprised of 50,000 sf of below grade retail and three levels of above grade retail expressed as a glass box located on Las Vegas Blvd. A roof top terrace is planned for a restaurant/lounge/club venue with expansive views along 'the strip'.
