The Shores

The master plan for The Shores coordinates 12 interconnected, five-story residential buildings to create a cohesive 544-unit apartment complex. Supported by a two-level parking structure, the development is anchored by a two-acre central courtyard designed as a park-like social hub with fire pits, water features, and quiet seating areas.

Beyond the central green space, the project incorporates a complete set of resident amenities. These include a large lap pool, outdoor spas, a fitness center, a business center, and a clubhouse featuring a communal kitchen.
