Westwood Center

The Westwood Center was a rehabilitation and facade replacement project. It consists of 280,000 sf of office space, an 8,000 sf penthouse suite, 30,000 sf retail at street level, a six-level parking structure, 24-hour surveillance/security, and a rooftop satellite system. The structural system was revised for seismic upgrades and to allow floor to ceiling glass.
